Search Press to distribute David and Charles books to the independent UK art and craft trade

January 02 2020

Effective January 2020, Search Press will become exclusive wholesalers of David and Charles books to the UK independent art and craft trade. Books will be distributed from the Search Press warehouse and sold by the UK wide network of Search Press sales agents.

David and Charles sales and distribution to the book trade and international customers through GBS is unaffected by this change.

“We’re excited to be working with the Search Press team and representatives to benefit from their fantastic reach into the independent art and craft trade. We look forward to supporting them in the sales to existing accounts that know our books well, as well as new customers to David and Charles books” said David and Charles Commercial Director, Bel Youldon.

Martin de la Bedoyere, Managing Director of Search Press said “We’re delighted to have an exclusive relationship to sell David and Charles books to the independent art and craft trade. One in every three craft books purchased in the UK is now available through Search Press distribution and there is no better place to source the UK’s leading art and craft books.”

David and Charles and Search Press will be taking a combined stand at CHSI Stitches from 2020.
