PLEASE NOTE – WE HAVE NO MINIMUM ORDER FOR TRADE CUSTOMERS.

Trade Discounts (only available to retailers and resellers)

35% Discount on all orders up to £99.99 retail value.

40% Discount on orders from £100 to £499.99 retail value.

45% Discount on orders from £500 to £999.99 retail value.

50% Discount on orders over £1000 retail value.

Please note that the above discounts apply only to full priced books that you order. Sale, hurt books or any special promotional titles you order will be supplied separately at net advertised prices but excluded from the RRP calculations listed above.

Postage and Packing

UK P&P is free on ALL orders over £50 RRP. A fee of £5 will be charged for all orders under £50 RRP.

Postage for international orders will be calculated at time of processing.

Minimum Order

Not sure we mentioned this but THERE IS NO MINIMUM ORDER. None whatsoever.

Payment

Strictly 30 days from date of invoice for UK and Europe, 90 days from date of invoice in the rest of the world. All goods remain the property of Search Press until paid for in full.

Retention of Title (ROT)

Goods supplied by Search Press Ltd. to any business remain the property of Search Press Ltd. until they are paid for in full. By ordering from us, and accepting goods as a result of that order, you are accepting our ROT rights.

Firm Sale

Books bought from Search Press are done so on a Firm Sale basis only. In exceptional circumstance sale or return is available by pre-arrangement with Search Press and any returns need to be in resaleable condition and with original invoice number supplied.

Cash with Order

We accept most major card issuers but we do not accept payment via American Express or PayPal. When placing payment please quote the card number, expiry date, CVV code (last three digits on the back of your card) and name and address of the registered card holder.

VAT

Books are currently zero-rated for VAT in the UK. Under UK law, EC Customers are required to supply their VAT number with their order, otherwise VAT may be charged. Product and materials supplied by Search Press will attract VAT at standard rate – this will be clearly shown on your invoice.

Carriage for Overseas Customers

We will deliver free of charge to your UK shipper. If an overseas customer doesn’t have a UK shipper, then postage and packing will be charged. Under these circumstances we can provide an estimated delivery cost before confirmation of your order.

Returns

No returns are accepted unless authorised by Search Press. All invoice numbers must be quoted with returns. No claim for damages or non-delivery will be accepted after 30 days from invoice for UK and Europe, and 90 days elsewhere.

Faulty or Damaged Books

Search Press Ltd will always deal with you fairly and quickly in the unlikely event this issue arises. Should you receive goods damaged in transit or faulty goods please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will either offer a full credit to your account or replace the faulty or damaged item(s). Please open all packages with care and keep the packaging in case goods need to be returned. Should goods be returned to us not in the state that you received them, then we will not be able to offer a full credit.

Point of Sale Materials

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, all display stands and spinners provided to you by Search Press remain the possession of the company. They must only be used for the display of Search Press books, or third-party titles distributed by Search Press.

Dues

Dues (backorders) are automatically recorded for new and out-of-stock titles unless you instruct us otherwise. All dues will be cancelled after twenty-four months.
