Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions listed below apply to all transactions on www.searchpress.com/trade. Use of the site and any orders placed indicates your acceptance of these terms. Please note they can be changed at any time and without prior notice.

When ordering, please supply your billing address, telephone number and email address (see our Privacy Policy for details of how this is used). Please ensure your email address is correct as order confirmations are sent by email — incorrect information may delay your order.

Card payments — To pay by card, please call us on 01892 510850 during office hours (Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5pm). We accept most major cards. Please have your card number, expiry date, CVV code and the registered cardholder’s name and address ready. Please note: we cannot accept PayPal or American Express.

BACS payments are also accepted — bank details can be found on all invoices.

If you do not hold a trading account with Search Press, your order will be processed once full payment has been received. All payments are checked for fraud and any fraudulent activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Credit account facilities may be offered to trade customers at the sole discretion of Search Press Ltd where certain accounting criteria are met. Such arrangements may be withdrawn at Search Press Ltd.’s discretion.

Please note: orders placed via the website will not have your discount applied automatically. This is issued when the order is received and processed manually by the sales team.

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty goods, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will offer a full credit or replacement. Please open all packages carefully and retain the packaging in case goods need to be returned. We cannot offer a full credit for goods returned in a different condition to that received.

We are unable to offer a credit if you have not contacted Search Press Limited before returning goods.

You remain responsible for the goods until we receive them. For your own protection, we recommend using a delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery.

Where relevant, our products have been through appropriate testing to confirm to international safety standards. Products are marked where necessary for appropriate age level use and international certification, and all contain printed information confirming the name and address of manufacturer, date of manufacture and manufacturing batch or impression reference.

We maintain records of all product testing, which can be provided to trade customers on request.
