The terms and conditions listed below apply to all transactions on www.searchpress.com/trade. Use of the site and any orders placed indicates your acceptance of the listed terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these, then we'd ask you (very politely, of course) not to use this site. Please note that these Terms and Conditions can be changed at any time and without prior notice.

Postage and Packing
UK P&P is free on ALL orders over £50 RRP. A fee of £5 will be charged for all orders under £50 RRP.
Postage for international orders will be calculated at time of processing.

Minimum Order 
Not sure we mentioned this but THERE IS NO MINIMUM ORDER. None whatsoever.

Ordering
Our acceptance of your order takes place when we despatch your goods, at which point the purchasing contract will be made and you will be charged for the order you have placed.

Retention of Title (ROT)
Goods supplied by Search Press Ltd. to any business remain the property of Search Press Ltd. until they are paid for in full. By ordering from us, and accepting goods as a result of that order, you are accepting our ROT rights.

Description and Accuracy of Information
We endeavour to ensure that all product specification images and details given on our site are as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the reliability and Search Press Limited disclaims any liabilities direct or indirect associated with the contents of this site. All images, specifications and descriptions are for the purpose of giving you an approximate description of the product - should you require more details or information on any products detailed on this site please feel free to contact us directly.

Pricing
All prices shown on our site are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to make adjustments to our pricing at any time.

Payment Methods
When ordering please supply your billing address, telephone number and e-mail address (for details of what we do with this information, please refer to our Privacy Policy). Please ensure that your e-mail address is correct as we will send you confirmation of your order by e-mail. Any incorrect information given may delay the order.

If you do not have a trading account with Search Press, your order will be processed once full payment has been received from you. All payments are checked for fraud and any frauds will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Credit account facilities may be offered for trade customers at the sole discretion of Search Press Ltd if certain accounting criteria are met. Such credit arrangements may be withdrawn at Search Press Ltd.’s discretion.

Faulty or damaged goods
Search Press Ltd will deal with you fairly and quickly if this issue arises.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods damaged in transit or faulty goods please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will either offer a full refund or replace the faulty or damaged item(s). Please open all packages with care and keep the packaging in case goods need to be returned. Should goods be returned to us not in the state that you received them, then we will not be able to offer a full refund.

We will not be able to offer a refund if you have not contacted Search Press Limited prior to despatching your goods back to us.
Please remember that you will be responsible for the goods until we receive them and therefore for your own protection, we suggest that you use a delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.

Firm Sale
Search Press Ltd supplies goods to the book and craft trade on a strict Firm Sale basis. Returns will only be accepted if authorised by a member of Search Press team.

Sale, Hurt Books or any special promotional titles
Sale, hurt books or any special promotional titles you order will be supplied separately at net advertised prices but excluded from the tiered trade discounts offered elsewhere on this site for full priced titles.
