This book is brilliant. The stitches and techniques section is so clear and easy to see what to do. The projects are modern and instructions are clear. The iron-on transfers are a great addition. Would recommend highly.

Customer Review

I've been an embroiderer for a number of years but wanted to try some modern embroidery. This book contains a good range of stitches which are explained clearly with lots of photos. There are some really cute designs and once I'd chosen my first I couldn't wait to start so I substituted a few of the colours of thread with similar ones I already have. Using 6 strands of thread together is a big learning curve but I love the finished look and have already chosen design number 2. Iron-on transfers are included for each design or they can be traced. I would consider this book suitable for a confident beginner or someone, like me, wanting to try something different from traditional embroidery.
