A doily is a doily, right? Not so, Doilies in Color is a book of 9 beautiful doilies all with a floral theme. In days past, a doily was placed on a table. We have stitched each doily in beautiful colors and photographed them to show the stitcher different ways of displaying them bringing a bit of the past into today's decor. Whether framed, placed on a pillow, chair or table, these doilies are sure to add class to your home.
Roses, Gardenias, Marigolds and Forget-Me-Nots all burst into bloom in these nine colorful crochet patterns. Used as a work of art, these doilies make fabulous accents to any room and blend a touch of yesterday with the look of today. All are made using size 10 crochet cotton thread, and range in size from 12" to 20".
