Inside Crochet, Issue 110

Why have just a plain blanket draped over your legs when you can have one of these amazing sea life tail blankets?! Created using rows of V-stitches, these clever designs use bright and variegated yarn to make fun throws that will have the younger members of your household clamouring for whose turn it is to cuddle up underneath them! The book contains four designs: a mermaid, seahorse, shark and octopus and the colourwork is both written out and charted.

Postcard Reviews

This fun crochet pattern book enables your child to become an Octopus, a Mermaid, a Seahorse and even a Shark.
These four wonderful crochet patterns are amazing. Even for a beginner, all four patterns have the skill level classed as 'easy' and can be created in just 125 rows. Easily adapted, the instructions are simple to follow. Each row is simply explained. There is a general knowledge section, with information on the crochet stitch used, how to change colour and which hook is needed. The designs are beautiful and while a yarn colour choice is listed, these can obviously be changed. This is an uncomplicated pattern book. The blankets have a good finished size and will make perfect gifts for the sea loving little one.
